5X Sand Making Plant in Russia

Sand making machine is applied in exploring potassium feldspar.  Potassium feldspar is very hard, so the sand making plant design must consider the investment and operation costs.  
For the wearable parts costs for potassium feldspar crusher and sand making machine  can be quite high. Therefore, the design of crushing process, as far as possible to choose the principle of lamination crushing equipment to reduce wear-resistant parts.

This plant uses 5X vertical shaft impact crusher and upper-driven vertical mill as main equipment for processing potash feldspar.
The sand making machine produce product below 5mm and its capacity is 150TPH.
